Job Title: SOLUTION ARCHITECT
Location: Woodmead

Duties & Responsibilities:
Collect Business/System requirements from the customer

 Perform high level analysis of business requirements

 Identify impacted BSS (Business Support System) domains, including 3 rd parties, and the extent of the impact

 Cooperate with the customer’s, and/or 3rd party vendor’s, Business and Solution Architects in order to compile and end-to-end (E2E) solution

 Manage the implementation of the solution/release

 Output a Functional Design Specification (FDS) of a high quality, and transfer the business/system requirement into a design for R&D to evaluate.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Qualifications/Certificates:

 Tertiary qualification in IT

 Oracle/Linux Certification

 eTOM /ITIL Certification advantageous

Key Accountabilities/Key relationships:

 A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Telecommunication or related domain.

 Familiar with Telco Business Process and data models.

 Proven ability to design business solutions/processes aligned to the customer’s requirements.
