MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist the Executive Secretary within Properties with office activities and provide administrative support in the daily running of the office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Office reception and screening of calls
• Typing of correspondence
• Minute taking
• General office management
• Co-ordinate meeting schedules
• Planning and organising functions and meetings
• Making travel and accommodation arrangements
• Ad hoc administrative duties
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• 1-2 years administrative experience
• Computer Literacy: MS Office
• Competencies required: Problem Assessment; Planning, Organising and Control; Service Orientation; Detail Orientation; Stress Tolerance and Interpersonal Skills.
