If you have suitable qualifications in any Administration or Secretarial field and you are looking to gain valuable workplace experience at one of South Africa’s largest medical schemes, then this opportunity is for you.
The main purpose of this internship is to coordinate all staff training interventions taking place by correctly loading offerings, assist with room bookings; record all training attendance and results.
Offer support to the trainer on the day of the training and to manage onsite training facilities and resources. May require some coordination for training interventions off site as well as in the regions.
To conduct multiple training administration duties.
To log a call to create course ID’s.
To create offerings for the training sessions that has been conducted across the health business.
To capture the learners against the offering, mark attendance and capture assessment results.
To deliver all the offerings created as per the required deadlines.
Follow up with the trainers for registers and course details.
To assist with reporting on training stats captured.
To assist with booking of meeting rooms and requesting of equipment in Sandton as well as across the regions for specific projects.
To update and maintain various training dashboards.
