Directorate: Office of the Deputy Director General: Clinical Services

SALARY : R183 438 per annum (plus benefits)

CENTRE : Central Office, Johannesburg

 

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent and 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
Communication skills, attention to detail, work independently, report writing, and
general office management skills.

 

DUTIES : Administration support within the Office of the DDG: Clinical Services. Develop
administration management of meetings and distribution of minutes.

Organising of logistics for meetings in the Office of the DDG: Clinical Services. Manage petty
cash and reporting thereof. Proper management of documents to and from the office.

Develop a proper tracking system of documents to and from the office of
the DDG: Clinical Services. Development of general filing systems and
management of files thereof. Monitor compliance with policy and recommend

remedial steps. Responsible for subsistence, traveling and entertainment claims
(petty cash) for the Deputy Director General: Clinical Services. Handle all
procurement functions in the office of the DDG: Clinical Services.
