ADMINISTRATION CLERK: INVETORY AND DISTRIBUTION REF NO:
DMR14/0141
SALARY : R123 738 per annum, Level 5
CENTRE : Head Office

 

REQUIREMENTS : A Three year tertiary qualification in Finance/ Logistics/ Public Management
coupled with relevant administrative experience PLUS the following key
competencies: Knowledge of: PFMA, Treasury Regulations, PPPFA, SCM,

Knowledge of Logis, Skills:

Computer skills, Financial, Good interpersonal skills,
Communication: Good communication (written and verbal), Good verbal and
written communication, To liaise with internal and external clients, Creativity: Self
driven, Innovative and self-confident, Ability to work under pressure, Ability to
work under pressure, Problem solving and ability to negotiate.

 

DUTIES : Receive goods from suppliers. Capture receipts vouchers on logis. Administer 0-9
file. Verify items (quantity and type) issued from stores. Prepare payments
request and Capture issue voucher on Logis.
