1. Administration Clerk: Management Information and Strategic Planning
Section: Management Information and Strategic Planning (2 posts)
Component: Office of the Divisional Commissioner
Salary Level 5: Salary of R123 738 per annum

POST REQUIREMENTS:
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Office
Administration/Management/Public Administration/Management or related fields; * A higher qualification in
the specific field or an internship in the Public Service as well as an appropriate/relevant experience in the
field of the post and competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

Core Functions:
 Assist with the consolidation of generic and specific management information strategic monitoring and
evaluation purposes.
 Type letters, reports, minutes and audit responses.
 Assist in organising strategic planning and review sessions.
 Perform general administration duties.

 

2. Personnel Officer: Human Resource Management
(Public Service Act, Act 1994) (2 posts)
Section: Support Services
Salary Level 5: Salary of R123 738 per annum
Ref: TMS37/2014

Post Requirements:
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Human Resources/Public/Business
Management/Public Administration or related fields;*A higher qualification in the specific field or an
internship in the Public Service as well as an appropriate/relevant experience in the field of the post and
competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

Core Functions
 Coordinate and administer training provisioning within the Division.
 Coordinate the skills audit process of personnel within the Division.
 Assist in the compilation of the Workplace Skills Plan for the Division.
 Registration / Capturing of the information related to Performance Planning and Performance Appraisal
for the personnel within the Division.
 Coordination of audits related to performance management within the Division.
 Assist with the Coordination of the Employment Equity for the Division.
 Registration / Capturing of the information related to leave, grievance and personal records for the
personnel within the Division.
 Process service terminations within the division.
 Assist with the Coordination of processes related to recruitment, selection, appointments as well as
promotions.

 

3. Registration Administration Clerk: Financial and Administration Services
(Public Service Act, Act 1994)
Section: Support Services
Salary Level 5: Salary of R123 738 per annum
Ref: TMS38/2014

POST REQUIREMENTS:
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Office
Administration/Management/Public Administration/Management or related fields; * A higher qualification in
the specific field or an internship in the Public Service as well as an appropriate/relevant experience in the
field of the post and competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

Core Functions:
 Conduct effective and efficient archive and registration correspondence support.
 Proper administration of files/records.
 Collect and deliver post, parcels, files and other forms of documentation between offices.
 The distribution of pay sheets to pay points and the dispatching of salary advises to employees.
 Perform general administration tasks.

 

4. Accounting Administration Clerk: Financial and Administration Services 

(Public Service Act, Act 1994)
Section: Support Services
Salary Level 5: Salary of R123 738 per annum

POST REQUIREMENTS
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with Mathematics/Accounting/Economics as a passed
subject;*Have a certificate in Financial Management/Public/Business Management/Public Administration or
related fields; * A higher qualification in the specific field or an internship in the Public Service as well as an
appropriate/relevant experience in the field of the post and competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

Core Functions:
 To update,verify and maintain user status for landline and cellular telephone accounts on the Telephone Management System
 To administer all landline and cellular telephone accounts
 To file all users’ landline and cellular telephone accounts according to the respective section for proper recordkeeping.
 To attend to all enquiries regarding landline and cellular telephone related matters.
 To administer all undertakings of debt to the state.

 

5. Administration Clerk: Office of the Component Head: Networks, Hosting and EUE Management
Component: Networks, Hosting and End User Equipment Management
Salary Level 5: Salary of R123 738 per annum
Ref: TMS44/2014

POST REQUIREMENTS:
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Office
Administration/Management/Public Administration/Management or related fields; * A higher qualification in
the specific field or an internship in the Public Service as well as an appropriate/relevant experience in the
field of the post and competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

Core Functions:
 Provide general administrative duties including typing of documents and filing;
 Provide general operational administrative support to the Component Head: Networks, Hosting and
End User Equipment Management;
 Administration of telephone and cellphone accounts for the Components Head’s office.
 Administer inventory and procurement processes within the Components Head’s office;
 Administer the submission of all relevant monthly returns within the Components Head’s office;
 Administer the submission of all relevant Reports within the Components Head’s office and other
environment; and
 Administer absenteeism register for the Component and submission of necessary documentation in line
with the set prescripts.
