SALARY : R123 738 per annum, Level 05
CENTRE : Head Office, Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 certificate coupled with relevant Office Administration experience.
PLUS the following key competencies: Knowledge of: Record management,
Meeting procedures, Examination related prescripts, Government Certificate of
Competencies (GCC) Skills: Planning skills, Interpersonal skills, Computer
literacy, Numeracy, Time Management, Communication: Good communication
abilities, Creativity: Problem solving, Ability to think independently.
DUTIES : Provide Secretarial service to Commission of Examiner’s meetings/workshop.
Coordinate the acceptance, examination processes of GCC and distribution of
certificates to successful candidates. Render advisory service to internal and
external clients with respect to examination process and procedures. Maintain
the examination database. Provide registry functions
