1. ADMIN OFFICER: COMMUNITY SAFETY: REF NO ESL/2015/02/02
SALARY : R183 438 per annu, plus benefits
CENTRE : Head Office – Bhisho
REQUIREMENTS : A recognized diploma/degree in Social Science / Police Science or Equivalent
qualification to the field. At least 1-2 years’ experience in administration. Ability to work long hours and under pressure, ability to work independently. Problem
solving skills, Computer literacy with knowledge of Ms Word, Excel and
PowerPoint. Good writing and verbal communication skills. Understanding of
Constitution of RSA, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, PFMA and
other relevant prescripts. Valid Driver’s Licence.
DUTIES : Manage the diary of the Senior Manager and liaise with clients on matters related
to the office. Arrange meetings/ appointments for the Senior Manager. Provide
Logistical Services, provide secretarial services to meetings. Make arrangements
for the official trips and accommodation for the Senior Manager. Manage
correspondence and prepare submissions, source information required by the
manager. Perform administration responsibility.

2. ADMIN CLERK: FINANCE AND SUPPLY CHAIN REF NO. ESL/2015/02/03
SALARY : R123 738 per annum, plus benefits
CENTRE : Joe Gqabi District – Alliwal North
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with at least one year relevant experience in
financial management / Supply Chain Management. Knowledge of PFMA,
Treasury Regulations, tendering procedures and regulations. Financial
management skills, problem solving, communication skills (verbal and written),
customer care. Knowledge and knowledge and ability to use LOGIS/ BAS
system. Computer literacy.
DUTIES : provide supply chain management services. Provide support in facilitating
payments. Provide general clerical/ administrative duties to the district
