REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree / National Diploma in Public Administration. A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage. At least one to two (1-2) years relevant experience in General Administration.

 

Required, knowledge, experience and skills:

MISS requirements; Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; Analytical, problem solving, computer skills; Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours and work under pressure.

 

DUTIES : The successful candidate will be responsible for: To maintain and information management system in the Office of the Director-General; Manages general administrative enquiries; Facilitate and assist with the compilation and issuing of planning guidelines,, instructions on the content and formats of submissions as may be required;

Provide professional and administrative support towards planning and execution of high level; Maintain filling system in the Office of the Director-General; Maintain an effective document flow system including briefing notes and submissions;

Arrange bookings of travel, accommodation and catering; Receive and circulate payslips; Draft weekly progress reports with regards to the movements of documents.
