REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent. Computer literacy, willing to work shifts. Knowledge of
Administrative Procedure Manual part 2, BCEA, PFMA, Records Management
Policy, NCS and Batho Pele Principles, knowledge of PAAB will be an added


DUTIES : Registration and admission of patients, completion of relevant and required
forms. Acquire information from patients, capture data on TPH 31 and 31A,
receive money from paying patients, issue accounts for patients who doesn’t
have money to pay, completion of GPF3 (registration form) during downtime
period, completing of downtime register during downtime, completion of pay-in
register after every shift and handing over of resources, e.g. crutches, computers,
etc. at the end of the shift.
