ADMINISTRATION CLERK: PRODUCTION 2 POSTS REF NO: 18/04

SALARY : R123 738 per annum, level 5
CENTRE : SAMHS, Directorate Military Health Planning, Management and Renewal
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12. A Diploma or Certificate in Management Services, (Organisation and
Work Study) (O&W Study) or equivalent will be an advantage. Special
requirements (skills needed): Must be fully provisioned in MS Office. Extensive
knowledge of Public Service Administration, especially its transformation
imperatives. Extensive knowledge of Government Prescripts that have a bearing
on the work of O&W Practitioner, especially the Public Service Act, PFMA, Public
Service Regulations and other related prescripts. Strong written and verbal
communication skills. Skills in management, computer literacy, strong leadership,
policy analysis, strong report writing, presentation, facilitation and planning skills.
Ability to effectively and correctly interpret and apply policy, instructions and
regulations. Analytical and innovative thinking ability as well as problem solving
skills. Ability to compile, draft effective management reports and to present them
at senior level. Must be able to work accurately under pressure.
DUTIES : To provide clerical and administrative support services to the Change
enablement section. Remain up to date with regard to prescripts/policies and
procedures applicable to her/his work terrain to ensure efficient and effective
support to the Change enablement section. Provide support to the Change
enablement section regarding meetings.
