To effectively manage a team of Property Finance Administrators to provide a quality administration service to the Region’s internal and external clients.
Key Performance Areas:
Documentation & Data Quality – 20%
Ensure quality and accuracy of loan related documentation in the Region. This includes day-to-day documentation, legal docs / special conditions and supporting docs for new and existing deals. Ensure that SAP information is up to date and correct at all times.
Reporting – 20%
Provide support to Operations Management by generating required Work in Progress Reports, including information on Building Loans, Cancellations, Registration and Releases. Manage team output through reports.
Compliance / Risk Monitoring – 10%
Ensure satisfactory audit reports by applying standing Policy and Procedures to administration processes. Adherence to internal and external Bank policies and regulations.
Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation (e.g. FICA / FAIS / Usury Act / Credit Lending Act / Companies Act).
Ensure items on Admin Team’s Exception Reports (Securities, SAP QA, FICA, Data Clean-up) are reduced to an acceptable level and eliminated where possible.
People Management – 30%
Effectively manage a team of Administrators by monitoring and ensuring effective staff performance and motivation, and implementing effective capacity management in order to drive talent management, business continuity and training and development.
Client satisfaction – 15%
Provide internal and external client satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence in dealing with client queries, meeting turnaround times in dealing with the implementation of new loans and amendments.
Process Efficiency and Methodology Improvement – 5%
To maintain efficiency and to continuously look at ways of improving the efficiency of business processes with the Administration department. To maintain efficient deal implementation. To increase turnaround times, service delivery, speed of SAP/Deeds Office search and credit system.
Business Related Degree / Diploma relating to Property / Financial Services Industry
Banking / attorney / Legal / Credit Risk environment
Job Related Experience:
