SALARY : R183 438 – 216 084 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Ekurhuleni Health District
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 Certificate with PAS and Supply Management training with thorough knowledge of SRM in particular GRV capturing. The officer should have five years’ experience in GRV capturing, able to work independently and have skills in supplier payment query management. The officer should be able to generate submission or motivations. The officer should be able to communicate and write in English. Supervisory skills.
DUTIES : Capturing of GRV’s within 24 hours. Management of 0-9 file. Make follow up with suppliers for deliveries. Fax new orders to the suppliers once buyers are complete with capturing. Management of invoice of suppliers and way bill numbers. Send ordered items to the end users within 48 hours. Ensure that asset management Unit get all documents for barcoding of assets received. File documents on relevant files. Compile weekly reports on items received and GRV’s captured. Compile monthly reports for supplier payments. Attend to queries and do any task as delegated by the supervisor.
