ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS: MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS
(MIS) AND DATA BASE MANAGEMENT 2 POSTS REF NO: HR 4/4/3/1MIS/UIF
SALARY : R183 438 per annum
CENTRE : Unemployment Insurance Fund: Pretoria

 

REQUIREMENTS : Three years relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology / Computer
Science or relevant qualification. One to two years working experience.
Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act, Electronic Document
Management System, Public Service Regulation (PSR), Public Service Act (PSA)
, SITA MIS and Database and Data Security Policy , System Development and
Database Management. Skills: Communication (both written and verbal) ,
Listening , Computer Literacy , Time Management , Analytical , Report Writing ,
Planning and Organizing , Computer Programming.

 

DUTIES : Extract information regarding business statistics system in line with data security
policy and procedures. Provide support and ensure the administration of
business statistics information. Provide effective operation of Management
Information System database functionality
