QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Matric
• Previous sales experience advantageous

• Computer Literate (MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
• Reliable car
• Drivers licence

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS DUTIES PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

2. SELLING

• Cold Calling
• To quote, design alarm systems and advise client of security needs
• Payments for installation remains the consultant responsibility
• Technical liaison regarding installation booking – follow up

3. AFTER SALES SERVICE

• Should the client request a service call from consultant, ensure that this is handed over to technical
• Liaison with technical to ensure that installation has been completed in full
• Courtesy calls to clients for installation follow up and referral business. (i.e. to build consultant network)
• To ensure that the client receives a full hand over demonstration of the alarm system.

4. CLIENT LIAISON

• Assist with any problems or complaints
• Give full feedback to clients when necessary

5. GENERAL

• Keep your workstation/office neat and tidy at all times
• Not abuse company phone for private calls

6. SOPs

• Standing Operating Procedures must be upheld
• Meeting and keeping on agreed upon target
• Meeting and keeping on agreed upon target – Performance
• High standard of service must be upheld
