• · Developing and implementing operational strategy plans for the hub
• · Supervising day to day operational functions
• · Over seeing all disciplinary investigations and actions of staff
• · Keeping abreast of crime trends in area
• · Implementing pro-active crime prevention strategies
• · Fostering and maintaining good relationship with SAPS and the community
• · Handling client queries and complaints
• · Developing and implementing operational strategy plans for the area
• · Attending Internal and External meetings
• · Managing hub training and assisting with in-house training
• · Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of vehicles
• · Handling all hub administration
• · Preparing statistical, incident, client, investigations etc reports
• · Motivating and developing staff

Qualifications

Grade C PSIRA registration advantageous
Minimum 3 years RFM experience
Management experience.
