MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To facilitate learning interventions, utilising a combination of learning methods, in line with the group learning and development model

MINIMUM EDUCATION
Grade 12
Train the trainer certificate

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
2 years soft skills training in the call centre environment
