Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Maintenance Superintendent, the incumbent will be placed on a training programme to qualify for an artisan trade. We have an opportunity for a Boilermaker Learnership.
Experience and Qualifications:

One 18.1 Learnership will be offered to an internal candidate.

  • The development plan for Learnerships entails the following:
  • Off-the-job training at an identified Technical Training Centre
  • On-the-job training to ensure that learners are exposed to relevant technical equipment and maintenance practices.

Applicants who are technically inclined and are in possession of at least an N2 with relevant subjects for the position advertised above are invited to apply. Applicants must have a valid driver€™s license.

The selection process will include assessments to establish the technical aptitude of the applicant. Upon conclusion of the assessments applicants will be selected and informed of interviews to be conducted.
