An Agritalent client seeks a Systems Training Officer to provide an expert level of system training, including system support, maintaining training material and testing.

Job Title: Systems Training Officer (IT)
Location: Northern Cape

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Incident management to identify possible training gaps & opportunities.
Consult with business on training requirements and development plans.
Conduct root cause analysis.
Test solutions and update training materials and manuals.
Manage and report IT risks.
Schedule the training and prepare for training, including training environment, manuals, data, evaluations, etc.
Perform the training and evaluate the trainee.
Responsible for official system change communication.
Training interventions for new and existing ERP users.
Train users on role specific functions on the core GWK systems and more specifically KTS.
Ensure understanding and compliance to enhanced IT processes (ITIL) and associated governance

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Qualification (Minimum): Diploma/ Advanced Certificate in appropriate certification
Experience in a similar role: 4 years.
IT Knowledge, mentorship, business knowledge and financial acumen.
ITIL appropriate software certification will be an advantage.
UniVerse programming language qualified (advantageous)
