Technical Skills And Experience:
A relevant IT or tertiary qualification.
ITIL foundation and/or Managers/Practitioners certification
5-7 years’ experience within an ITIL framework
Knowledge of the adoption of Problem Management process with the IT environment.
Expert knowledge in root cause analysis and data collection
Expert knowledge of network system/infrastructure management and process methodologies and practices
The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and oral communication skills with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Perseverance is critical in this demanding role and the candidate must have excellent planning skills and must know how to manage and measure work effectively.
