Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by efficiently managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Our client’s company does disaster relief and it encompasses different things that they sell- food, shelter, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage email correspondence, prioritizing and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Perform calendar management duties, scheduling appointments, and setting reminders
  • Conduct data entry tasks with accuracy and proficiency, maintaining organized document management systems.
  • Organize and coordinate tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are effectively managed.
  • Manage personal appointments and tasks.
  • Provide customer service via email or phone when necessary
  • Utilize e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart and ShipStation to procure necessary supplies and resources for disaster relief efforts.
  • Optimize product listings and pricing strategies on e-commerce platforms to maximize sales and visibility.

Required Skills

  • Back Office: 1 year or less
  • E-Commerce: 1 year or less

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Background in operations, particularly in the e-commerce sector, specifically with experience in Amazon, eBay, Walmart and ShipStation.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional note-taking skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or virtual assistant role is preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
