Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will through the PEX methodology, ensure tangible process optimization and improvement as well as support the implementation of the Depot Management system. The incumbent must drive performance to achieve beyond financial improvement and support operational performance. The incumbent must co-ordinate various projects to optimize service levels to customers and align overall performance with Global PEX best practices.

 

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate qualification, preferably in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics. Extensive experience in performance improvement and performance management projects is a prerequisite. The aptitude to facilitate the understanding of how Process Excellence can be used to meet specific business needs beyond cost saving is essential. Analytical skills combined with a solution-minded personality are essential prerequisites. Good communication, training and stakeholder management skills are essential to this role.
