We’re recruiting for the position of Digital Reporting, Insights and Web Analytics Specialist. The purpose of this role will be to implement an analytical services framework and strategy to support reporting requirements. This will include delivering business-wide reporting requirements, gathering marketing and competitor intelligence for decision making, delivering campaign reports and insights, implementing a robust digital analytics framework using tools such as Tealium and Adobe Stack and translating business requirements into analytics specifications for web and mobile applications.

Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Delivering business-wide reporting requirements
Gathering marketing and competitor intelligence for decision making
Delivering campaign reports and insights
Implementing a robust digital analytics framework using tools such as Tealium and Adobe Stack
Translating business requirements into analytics specifications for web and mobile applications
Understanding analytical requirements pertaining to customer behaviour
Gathering reporting and analysis requests from business stakeholders
Translating requirements into analytical implementation specifications
Executing owned media campaign ideas
Using personalisation and targeting to optimise conversion rates
Optimising drop-off rates and driving landing page improvements
Creating actionable insights to improve knowledge of digital behaviour
Opening new commercially viable opportunities for the business
Developing analytical models that can be deployed to various business areas
Facilitating analytics and modelling to deliver data for campaign targets and sales leads
Delivering data extracts to support commissions payments, etc.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Matric and 3 year qualification (BSc or BComm) in Web Analytics, Process Improvement, Information Systems, Informatics or Computer Science
At least 3 to 5 years experience in a web, digital, telecommunications or IT environment; with exposure to JavaScript, web page structures, ITIL, Agile, SQL, Qlikview, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, service management tools such as Remedy or HP Service Desk; as well as experience in business requirements specification writing
