Apple Sales Consultant – Menlyn/ Woodmead/ Eastrand

The Apple Sales Consultant serves as the holistic permanent promoter of Apple products; based at a shopping Centre within a reseller’s store, within a store in store.

Permanent role; working five days a week which includes weekend shifts of a minimum of twice per month.

Role responsibilities: 

• Ensure excellent customer service
• Is a brand ambassador for Apple
• Provides demonstrations on all Apple products
• Builds strong and lasting customer relationships
• Become an integral part of the resellers management team
• Train reseller employees on Apple products and standards
• To be the go to person for all Apple products and services within the reseller environment
• Ensure merchandising and maintenance standards follow Apple world wide standards.
• To identify business opportunities to maximise sales and provide insightful feedback to improve performance.
• To provide year on year growth in Mac and Beyond the Box sales at assigned point of sale.
• Converting customers to Mac or other Apple products.
• Monitor performance and inventory levels at POS
