• 3 years relevant experience in structural design and draughting
• Business knowledge
• Computer literacy
• Proficient in the use of Autocad and Inventor
• Knowledgeable in the use of Prokon design software
• SAP experience

• Excellent time management skills

Incumbents will be responsible to:

• Determine client requirements
• Perform structural analysis
• Design structural steel and reinforced concrete structures
• Render structural consultation service
• Prepare cost estimates
• Generate 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacturing
• Archive documents in SAP DMS database
• Provide mentorship and guidance to civil draughts person
• Work on projects
• Adherence to relevant design codes
• Manage Customer Satisfaction
• Continuous Improvement drive and efficiency of structural design and draughting
• Continuous exposure and participation in new technology introduction
