As an area manager, you will be:

• Controlling expenses and stock
• Managing and motivating staff
• Training and developing store managers
• Manage store visual and brand presence
• Handle ER issues
• Driving turnover

• Experience at an area manager level
• Awareness of challenges facing retail in the area
• Figure and administration orientation
• Organisation and planning skills
• Good people and business manager
• Profit driven and an effective cost containment manager
• An independent operator, able to make quick decisions
