Specific Outcomes / Accountability:
Initiate and monitor automated reporting and analytic processes.
Update and refresh data warehouse reports.
Migrate and load data from various sources into reporting and analytic platforms.
Document and test reporting processes, including user acceptance.
Distribute reports and serve as communication liaison for report audiences
Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.
Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs.
Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
Identify and analyze industry trends with business strategy implications.
Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.
Communicate with customers, competitors, suppliers, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
Document specifications for business intelligence or information technology (IT) reports, dashboards, or other outputs.
Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.
Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrates basic strategic intelligence concepts, definitions and methodologies.
Uses basic tools and techniques to gather data based on specific direction and guidance.
Conducts basic analysis using a defined set of parameters with established guidelines.
Shares outcomes of strategic intelligence/ analytics data in a clear and concise manner.
Works to understand complex functional situations by paying attention to the detail of the tasks at hand and by breaking them down into smaller pieces.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Equivalent.
10 years plus in a management role relating to business intelligence.
