Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Driving agile adoption focused on customer value centered metrics via secure, quality first best-fit development practices.
•Manage the software delivery cycle inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, testing and implementation.
•Perform closely with Engineers, Developers and Product Management and other technical staff to deliver high quality software.
•Alignment with enterprise architect framework
1.Continuous improvement practices and process
•Implement automated software development tools and processes.
•Establish software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery.
•Identify skills required to deliver and recruit new staff members.
•Review unit tests, software development documents, monitor status of developing software.
•Transfer skills and knowledge to relevant resource to reduce role dependency risk.
•Building secure software aligned with best practices
•Ensuring operational excellence
3.Conduct controlled experiments on technology and processes that accelerate the delivery of customer value
4.Help set strategic objectives and the architecture strategy for the department
•Project management and reporting of all development tasks
•Management feedback and Ad hoc tasks in line with the company’s objectives as and when required

Requirements
1. Formal Education
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, software engineering or related

2. Technical/Legal Certification
•Microsoft ASP.NET framework development (Web, mobile and desktop)
•3rd-tier development
•C# development
•.NET Core
•MVC
•WCF
•HTML/CSS/JavaScript
•Angular/jQuery/TypeScript
•Transact-SQL (Microsoft SQL server)
•Microsoft Reporting Services.
•Azure cloud experience an advantage

3. Experience
• 10 years of IT experience
• 5-7 years in IT management
• IT development experience in Insurance/ Financial Services Industry (advantage)
• Agile experience
