To provide support to ATS specific and realted generic training and development services to clients, in accordance with laid down intenal and external regualtions, rules, directives and procedures.
Deliver simulated practical training.
Set up simulators in accordance with standard practice.
Report unserviceabilities to technical support staff.
Allocate simulators to instructors.
Issue flight progress strips and weather information sheets.
Attend pre-brief and de-brief with ATS Instructors and delegates.
Fly the exercises according to objectives for the relevant exercises
Be adaptable in flying different airspaces and simulators.
Train ATNS delegates to perform pseudo pilot duties.
Comply with all OHAS and Safety requirements applicable to the delivery and administration of training interventions.
Develop and update sites and scenarios.
Support Course Leader functions as per QMS.
Perform general administration and support duties.
Grade 12 with Mathematics and English (HG-D, SG-C or Level 4)
At least 1 year experience in a client oriented environment.
Good command of English. Experience in a client orientated environment. Conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
