Administrator in the Audit Department. Duties being: administering the planning board, staff job allocations, staff movements, Personal Assistant to the Audit Partners, Productivity reports, Work in Progress reports, Timesheets on Maconomy, travel disbursements, Audit Risk function, engagement letters, bank confirmations, Deed searches.
Person Specification Willing to learn
– Excellent telephone manner and etiquette
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Methodical and organised
– High attention to detail
– Ability to prioritise
– Computer literate with experience on MS Excel, Word,
Outlook and Internet Explorer
– Presentable and professional appearance essential
Competency Requirements

Qualifications:
•Matric
•Studying towards a tertiary qualification (e.g. BCom/BBA)
Experience:
•Previous experience in a professional services environment (e.g. Audit, Tax, Law)
•Audit Admin experience an advantage
