The Aurum Institute Mozambique intends to recruit a qualified and experienced national candidate for the position of Private Sector Coordinator within the scope of the TB Reach Wave 8 project “Establishing Simple and Functional Pathways for TB Patient Referral and Notification in the Mozambican Private Health Sector” to be implemented in the cities of Maputo and Matola.

The Community Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and managing the research in accordance with the projected protocols and standards. The Community Engagement Coordinator should also regularly report on the progress of the research and disseminate the results to relevant stakeholders.
The Community Engagement Coordinator will oversee the implementation of the project in the cities of Maputo and Matola, and will be based in Maputo City.

Requirements:
The candidate must meet the following qualifications:

Education:
Medicine Technician, Public Health Technician or related field

Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Public Health projects

Requirements:
Mozambican nationality
Proficiency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English
Excellent communication skills
Good computer and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power-Point)
Leadership skills and initiative
Strong organizational skills, ability to work as a team and under pressure

Advantageous:
Experience using mobile apps
Experience in projects implemented by NGOs or international organizations
Certificate of Good Clinical Practice
Knowledge of English
