Job Summary:
Specifications: Technical support specialist: Training department.
The Technical support specialist will be required to provide technical support on training material content in line with organisational strategic objectives partners. Conduct quality assurance audits on the quality and effectiveness of the training.
Implement a needs and situation analysis process.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical specialist managing the implementation of SETA accredited training programmes.
Working closely with department leaders in developing training implementation strategies that are aligned with the organisational mission and vision.
Provide technical support on training material content in line with organisational strategic objectives
Conduct quality assurance audits on the quality and effectiveness of the training.
Implement a needs and situation analysis process. Assess key performance indicators (analyse, intervene, progress measurement) relating to the quality of training and implement improvement strategies.
Upskill and develop the training ability and skill set of the team and provide mentorship.
Develop training, assessors and learner guidelines and SOP’s

Requirements:
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (3 years) / NQF level 7, Post graduate Diploma and Professional Registration / NQF level 8)
Professional Qualification: Professional registration with South Africa Nursing Council
Postgraduate qualification in public health, health policy, public administration, health management, project management or other health-related fields would be an advantage
Experience: Up to 3 years of work
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook.
