Secretarial qualification

Job Specification

Orderwise/Repwise System Management

Managing Reps Customer base daily

Update of Reps Customer changes if any

Ordering of Stationary and Marketing materials for Reps

Management of Stats for Corporate Accounts daily



Provide Administrative duties to Key Accounts Manager and adhere to deadlines. Going beyond what is required on a daily basis e.g. Seeing Pharmacies, helping in field, pharmacy promotions.

Invoices and Payment

Rep Expenses. Checking and submission

Answer daily calls efficiently or take accurate messages where appropriate

Daily Reps Own Hand Sales Reports


Events Co-ordinating

Co-ordinating Travel arrangements for Key Accounts team

Events Co-ordinating- Organizing training days with Clicks Head Office as well as Dis-chem.



Management of all Austell deliveries sent from Head Office

Maintenance of Infield and KPA reports

Admin requirements for New Employees

General Admin:Sales (Log books, Petrol cards, Business Cards)

Maintenance of Rep/Managers Personal Files

Checking Reps Promotional and Training forms on a weekly basis
