Job Title: Administration and Communications Officer
Job Location: Mowbray Cape Town
Responsibilities:

- Answer client queries via telephone and email
- Order stock
- Deal with suppliers
- Day to day running of the office
- Basic HR functions
- Petty cash and credit card reconciliation
- Submission of mileage claims
- Process timesheets and leave forms
- Market the organisation to the media
- Promote the organisation via social media
- Plan all fundraising and awareness events
- Collate figures for funders reports
- Assist the Director as required
- Prepare reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an administration management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Valid Driver’s license
- Supervision experience preferred
- Organisation skills
- Time management skills
