Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Johannesburg, North
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Onboarding Specialist is a position within the Customer Success department managing delivery to our customers.
Although this role is customer-facing, the position will be responsible for the delivery of the technical tasks associated with timely installations of service and onboarding of new customers. The focus of the role will be the flawless execution of installations to minimize customer friction, recommend process improvements and deliver overall customer delight.
The candidate will work from home until we get offices again and should have a dedicated Fibre internet connection at home. AVOXI only provides the equipment such as Laptop, monitor etc.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Customer-facing experience in the Telecommunication Industry will be an advantage
No previous experience required

Package & Remuneration:
R10 000,00 CTC per month.
