Purpose of the Job:

The primary function is to assist and support the sales team in their selling efforts and to effectively manage the duties and responsibilities of dealing with direct clients, agencies and internal departments i.e. accounts and studio

Main Responsibilities/Outcomes

To assist and support the sales team where necessary
To liaise with studio, direct clients and advertising agencies to ensure that bookings, payments and material are delivered on/before deadline.
To follow-up on all outstanding payments.
General office administration.
Prepare quotes and forward rate cards and sales information when requested.
Receipting of all cash advertisements.
Adhere to production and payment deadlines.
Assist the Financial Services Department with queries
Respond to client queries timeously (ensure that queries are referred to management if unable to assist yourself)

Matric minimum
Previous coordinating / admin experience an advantage
