Job Title: Senior Technical Assistant: TBS Service Management
Location: Western Cape
Job Summary:
Key performance areas:
Workforce planning to allocate work to technicians
Manage ITSM maintenance and new work tickets
Provide field support when required to assist technicians’ complete installations
Provide technical and administrative support by attending to internal and external enquiries and ensure a credible document and record control system is maintained
Produce technical as well as management reports for Service Desk operations as required.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Two (2) to three (3) years’ relevant industry experience in tasking and work allocation to field staff in Telecommunication Voice and/or Data
ITSM experience in managing and working in tickets will be an advantage
Computer literacy.
