Job Title: Senior Professional Officer: Telecommunications (OSP Civils & Fibre)
Location: Cape Town

Job Summary:
Key performance areas:
Responsible for a full range of activities within the specific field of OSP and Fibre Maintenance
Apply professional skills within the OSP and Fibre Maintenance functional area
Manage the maintenance of BIP infrastructure assets to ensure business continuity for dependent services
Be a key stakeholder during the process of acceptance of newly implemented BIP assets into operations to ensure that the asset is registered for adequate ongoing maintenance
Manage risks related to the OSP and Fibre maintenance area
Engage with and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders
Apply professional skills activities and use of allocated resources to lead projects within the specific discipline of OSP and Fibre Maintenance.

Requirements:
A relevant Bachelor’s degree, Bachelor of Technology, Advanced Diploma or BTech
Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in Telecommunications’ Operations (OSP Civils and Fibre).
