Job Title: Training Clerk
Location: Barberton, Mpumalanga, South Africa

Salary: Market Related

Job Summary:
Is responsible for providing administrative training support in order to ensure that all learner documentation is complete and accurately recovered to support the integrity of data within the Training department.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•Completion of necessary QMS documentation
•Compiling learner portfolios and monitor their movement
•Taking of minutes during meetings
•Compile and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports
•Monitor the completion of unit standards on training portfolios
•Monitor, complete and record keeping of attendance registers.
•Capturing of results on the ERP system.
•Booking of training for contractors
•Filing of training documentation, e.g., training records, training requests, etc.
•Complete general induction forms
•Update and maintain certificates
•Distribution of certificates to learners
•Generate copies of all certificates and record accordingly
•Ensure documentation complies with applicable Quality Management System standards

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

•Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent NQF 4 education qualification
•Minimum of 1 year experience within a clerical or administrative in a Mining environment
•Computer literate (Microsoft office)
•Strong administration and organizational skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Accuracy and high methodical working methods
•Able to work under pressure
•Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently and accurately;
•Good English communication skills
•No criminal record
•Valid Certificate of Fitness
