We have an exciting opportunity at Barron for a Relationship Manager who will report to the Area Sales Manager. This position is based at our offices in Westlake, Gauteng.

Job Summary:

The purpose of the Relationship Manager is to increase the company’s market share through proactively building relationships with current and new customers, communicating campaigns and providing customised solutions through upselling and cross-selling across the different categories

JOB OBJECTIVES AND FUNCTIONS:
Growing sales for customer base
•Responsible for understanding customer’s business and identifying and preparing solutions that are catered for them by analysing
sales metrics
•Communicate new campaigns to customers and work together with the customers to identify marketing opportunities
•Meet with customers to go through spend profile and work proactively with them to find opportunities that could move the
customer into a new loyalty program level
•Conduct check-ins with customers whose spend is declining to establish the reason and to assist where possible

Customer Engagement:
•Provide customers with training on new products
•Proactively build and nurture existing customer relationships to improve the overall customer experience
•Resolve customer queries / concerns or escalate if required

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
NQF 4Matric or Equivalent(Essential)
NQF 6Marketing / business administration (Desirable)

KNOWLEDGE:
Product Knowledge: Intermediate(Essential)
Sales Process: Intermediate(Essential)
Sales Knowledge: Intermediate(Essential)
Customer Care : Intermediate (Essential)

EXPERIENCE:
Relationship manager / Outbound Sales Representative3-5 Years (Essential)

MS D365 (Sales Module): Intermediate (Essential)
