Job Summary:
The main responsibility of the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist within ITCE is to establish, facilitate, implement, maintain and where necessary improve the quality management system and provide technical support by developing, implementing and monitoring audit programs, working papers and templates to ensure uniformed and high-quality engagements. The incumbent will also be responsible to introduce, modify, direct and guide processes in such a way that all individuals and teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge and competences they require to undertake current and future tasks required.

Key Responsibilities:
•Provided support to ITCE Leaders regarding technical audit support to establish, facilitate, implement, maintain and where necessary improve quality management for all audit engagement processes. By achieving the latter, the following was developed:
oStandard audit programs and working papers for general controls and application controls reviews in support of financial audits, including ISA610 and ISAE3402 reviews.
oDeveloped and implemented standard Scope Letter and Report templates.
oDrafted a ITCE Quality Management Manual and relevant quality management checklists and working papers.
•Draft ITCE Learning and Development strategy and is in the process of developing a Training Plan.
•Provided continuous training to all staff within ITCE to achieve the increase productivity, quality of work and efficiencies.
•Preformed quality control reviews on all ITCE engagements.
•Provided guidance to teams on a regular basis regarding scope and approach in support of financial audit.
•Member of the ITCE/FST working paper working group as well as the UAT team for the implementation of ALICE.

Requirements:
Qualifications, Recognition of Prior Learning, Work Experience, and Knowledge:
•Qualifications:
oPostgraduate Qualification – B. Com IT Audit / Informatics / Computer Science,
oCISA and /or CRISC
•Work Experience:
oMinimum of 5 – 7 Years working experience of IT Auditing and Quality Assurance
