Job Title: Organisational Development Practitioner (Trainer Head Office)

Key Performance Areas:
•The individual occupying this position will design, develop and assess training material under management of the Training and Development Manager, ensuring that training standards are maintained, assists with special projects to ensure departmental goals are met and performs administrative tasks to ensure effective administration systems are in place
•Create and maintain the quality, accuracy and effectiveness of all training & assessments in alignment with overall evaluation strategy
•Manage the skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels
•Research, evaluate, develop and recommend new and innovative approaches for all group Training initiatives.
•Matric, with at least 2 years relevant experience in a training environment or 2 years experience in an operational department at the Beekman Group
•Must be able to write training content, supported by existing SOPs, for the purpose of course development
•Must be able to facilitate face to face learning of the course content developed, to a wide audience ranging from managers to general service employees.
•The portfolio includes product and systems training in various operational departments. Therefore, experience in operational departments and Vacation Compass will be an advantage.
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Strong facilitation / presentation skills
•Ability to use Microsoft Office (Ms Word, MS PowerPoint and Excel) at an Intermediate Level
•Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others
•Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
•Ability to work under pressure
•Highly computer literate
