Job Summary:
Key Performance Areas:
We require a Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our day spa. Responsibilities include control of Spa reception, taking reservations, maximization of revenue generation, welcoming of clients, recording & control of revenues, stock and asset control, management & supervision of staff, promotion of spa services and overall performance of the Spa. The Spa Manager requires an in depth knowledge of Spa operations and Industry trends as well as having excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:
Position Requirements:
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the industry
• Recognised beauty therapy qualification
• An eye for detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to perform various administration duties
• Must be prepared to work weekends and public holidays
