Job Summary:
This role entails the efficient business administration of resort properties with the following 2 key focus points:
1.Property information is captured, administered, and maintained accurately at all times so as to ensure optimal guest experience through all stages of their interaction with that, or any, property in our offerings;
2. Administering financial, reporting and statistical elements of a collection of properties to ensure best business performance as well as optimal guest experience.

Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Timeshare inventory control
•Information administration across a wide variety of online platforms, per property
•Data capture and record maintenance
•Interacting with various stakeholders to satisfy a variety of information requests

Requirements:
Position Requirements:
• Matric
• Confident & professional communicator
• Critical thinker with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Minimum 5 Years client / stakeholder liaison experience
• Computer literacy (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
• Vacation Compass Experience Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to plan and organise
• Numerical proficiency essential
• Strong business admin orientation
• Previous experience in a Property/ Resort and/ or Channel reservation environment is advantageous.
