Job Summary:
Key Performance Areas:
•Loading of agreements, Welcome calls, Collection of levies and any outstanding amounts
•Making reservations, actioning of client’s week/s such as booking Owner use, banking, rental, etc.
•Dealing with any client queries such as contractual queries, levy queries, loading of payments (debit order & credit card), allocation of payments from bank statements, as well as maintain each individual account to ensure that the clients profile is kept up to date at all times
•Handling of transferring of Sectional Title units with Attorneys
Requirements:
Position Requirements:
•Fluent in Portuguese and English essential!
•Matric
•Previous collections experience with excellent analytical abilities
•Previous reservations experience would be beneficial
•Excellent communication skills – telephonic & written (Portuguese & English)
•Strong numerical skills
•Computer literacy – Microsoft Excel essential
•Ability to plan and organise
•Ability to multitask and work under pressure
