To actively prospect for customers and to sell new vehicles at a level that contributes to the required profit and unit targets of the sales department in a professional manner in keeping with the standards of the company
Key Duties & Responsibilities: *Attend to walk in and phone in customers promptly and efficiently. *Invite all customers to make use of demonstration drive. *Prospect by :
-Correctly using Introye/Introtrack.
-Establish a call scheduling system.
-Calling prospective customers daily.
-Follow-up existing customers according to the company schedule and develop a “spotters” network *Ensure customer has been introduced to all accessories and services, e.g. CPS, warranty, insurance. *Ensure correct handover procedure after the vehicle is correctly prepared. *Explain all aspects of the vehicle at delivery. *Ensure customer is totally satisfied with the vehicle and correctly explain service, warranty, requirements. *Attend all training course as required by management. *Keep abreast of all motor industry trends by reading and self-study. *Attend all sales meetings and product/business updates. *Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour at all times. *Complete ALL assignments as per the Learning Programme. *Attend all follow up sessions and additional courses as required by Training & Development.
Skills, Experience & Education: *Matric certificate *Tertiary qualification preferred (sales/ marketing related) *Code 08 Drivers Licence *Minimum 2 years sales experience *Self-confident *Effective communication skills *Hard-working *Energetic *Friendly *Persuasive *Computer Literacy Essential
