To provide quality service at reasonable price in accordance with skills laid down for a Level Four Motor Mechanic achieving the required productivity expressed in percentage efficiency.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Overall understanding of Motor Industry.

• You will need to perform all work laid down for Motor Mechanics level 1, 2, 3 and 4.

*Exhibit a willingness to assist team-members when required.

• Contribute to a spirit of team co-operation by offering assistance before being asked.

• Provide internal departments with a speedy and helpful service, thereby contributing to the overall success of the business.

*Provide a professional and competitive service to external customers by ensuring timeous completion of jobs and maintenance of quality work. *Communicate on an on-going basis with all customers regarding any changes in completion times, additional services needed and solve customer complaints prior to involving your manager. *Adhere to agreed working hours. *Self-manage agreed jobs to be performed to the extent that you can be unsupervised and carry out jobs according to instructions in line with quality standards

Skills, Experience & Education: *Matric certificate *Tertiary qualification essential (N1,N2,N3,N4) *Drivers licence *Previous experience essential *Technical understanding *Team-player *Work under pressure *Customer focused *Deadline driven
