To supervise all processes involved in a supply chain, liaising with variety of parties, including suppliers, trading managers and customers, in a two-way process. To supervise processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Also greeting customers when entering and leaving the store, maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area and keeping reports of cash/ credit transactions.

Key responsibilities:
1.Supervision and effective management of staff (time and attendance record holding for staff)
2.Provide effective and efficient management of stock/ fuel
3.Monitoring opening and closing readings of pumps
4.Takings readings of dips and inform Manager when orders need to be placed
5.Check and monitor fuel delivery
6.Effective stock control management
7.Responsible for the merchandising of stock / stock counting (day & night shifts)
8.Liasing with suppliers to obtain order numbers
9.Issuing of credit notes
10.Do the End of Day of all the shifts on Syspro

Job Requirements:
•Grade 12
•Be able to work shifts
•Bilingual (Afrikaans/English)

Experience:
•At least 1 year experience in procurement, storage
•At least 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity
•Knowledge of stock taking
•Knowledge and experience in trade administration
