REQUIREMENTS
•Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
•Agricultural Diploma or relevant qualification
•5 years’ experience as a Wool Technician
•Excellent computer literacy
•Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Liaison with clients continuously on classing of wool, valuation, auction prices and market information.
• Provide excellent customer service by being the host for clients/buyers that visit the wool store.
• Handling all queries that that may arise from internal and external customers.
• Ensure that correct electronic data are available and provided to customers/buyers.
• Responsible for physical valuation of wool.
• Responsible to ensure excellent administration function internally and externally.
• Ensure that continuously training is provided to staff.
• Promote international wool standards.
