Vacancy Details

Company established in the household textile industry is looking for a suitable candidate for a ERP Business Analyst role. Based in Jacobs, Durban.

Key Responsibilities 

• Day-to-day administration of the ERP (Security, user administration, maintenance of master data)
• Facilitating changes between the business, vendors, and IT, including obtaining and documenting business requirements
• Process mapping & reengineering
• Procedure & SOP creation and update
• User training as required
• Assist with the implementation of projects
• Assist with the implementation and review of ERP controls work users and permissions
• Create technical support documentation for systems and applications

 

Candidate Requirements

Education

•  A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics, information technology

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Report writing skills
• Problem solving & analytical thinking skills
• Data analytics (SQL beneficial)

Experience

• 2-4 years’ professional experience in a business role
• Prior ERP experience in the manufacturing industry beneficial
• Finance background preferable
• Business Process Management (BPM)
•  Risk & controls experience beneficial
• Costing in a manufacturing environment
